Enable .NET 3.5 on Windows 10

Go into RegEdit and set the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU folder.  


DoubleClick on UseWUServer(UseWindowsUpdateServer) and change the value to 0
